After completing a traditional tattoo apprenticeship in Colonie, New York. Celtae decided it was time to be her own boss and opened Pinpoint Art!

For the past 7 years she has been providing clients with custom tattoo work and art services. Celtae has been tattooing full time for almost 13 years and loves all different styles.
