Coney Island USA exists to defend the honor of American popular culture through innovative exhibitions and performances. Presenting and producing exciting new works, our approach is rooted in mass culture and the traditions of P.T. Barnum, dime museums, burlesque, circus sideshows, vaudeville, and Coney Island itself.

Plomo doesn’t really consider himself a magician. He calls himself a trickster, using different experiences and disciplines to tell a story, to move his audience while creating a character that bends the traditional rules of magic, adding humor to it and finding the new within the old.

Considered by many as the “Next Big Thing” to come out of South America, these guys play huge shows and festivals in their region and have shared stage with major bands like Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains, Sepultura and many others. They have been quoted by people like Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden and Paula Abdul of American Idol as “inspirational” and “full of energy”.
